Extrusion

Spinning Polypropylene Yarn: to melting the polypropylene raw material, spinning, and sizing the yarn.

All dyes passed the European and American Oeko-Tex 100 standard, the webbing reach lead-free, non-toxic and non-fading standards. The usual pre-dye yarns are acrylic, polyester, cotton yarn and other raw materials.

Warping

The actions make sure all the yarn has same length and tension to reach less-outage factor and high quality webbing.
